Basics in Digital Nude Photography
Nudity started from the dates where paintings, sculptures were built to depict different gods and goddesses from ancient Greece. These forms of art were done by sculptors and artists way back to serve as their reminder about supernatural beings power. These days, artists are still present but comes in different forms.
Photography has developed way back when the camera has been invented. This visual art paved the way to taking pictures which are nude. Nude photography involves either half or fulll body picture taking. Appropriate backgrounds and locations can set the mood with different excellent poses. These days, digital nude photography has given us a lot of benefits but it’s just not because of the camera. There are 3 main components that will make an execellent nude photo posible. These are the model, the location and the camera.
The Model
This is someone who volunteers himself or herself or someone who has been chosen to pose confidently, baring his or her body part when faced with a camera. This person doesn’t have to be really glamourous but is appropriate for the photographers wishes with the art that the latter wants to portray. Most of the time, the model is being photographed before baring his or her body parts.
The Location
The photographer can choose different locations. This would depend on his or her mood or what he or she wishes to convey in the image or what’s the theme that he or she wants to emphasize. The photographer can just choose to take the pictures in the beach or the park so as natural light can be utilized. This will emphasize the natural tone of the skin of the model.
The Camera
Extensive lists of benefits are present why professional photographers choose digital photography over film photography. This doesn’t make a difference when we talk about nude photography. Many expert photographers and even amateurs select the single lense reflex (SLR) digital camera. This is simply because images can be previewed before you take a picture with its built in LCD screen. Also photos can be reviewed after you take the picture, still, by using the LCD screen. In this way, the photographer can just keep or delete the photos. Memory sticks are the ones being used since these are reusable, can be cleansed just by wiping it compared to films which can’t really be used again. Photos can be edited with a lot effects using softwares by the camera.
